Can a bonafide purchaser of the property that was purchased before the attachment was added to Order 21 Rule 58 of C.P.C. file claim petition?

Question asked by Mr. Anand Jesuraj from India:
I have purchased the property on 01.02.2007. On 25.01.2007 one person filed a suit for recovery of money along with an abj application, wherein the said property has been attached on 22.02.2007 and the same have been brought up for court auction. Can i file the claim petition under Order 21 Rule 58 of C.P.C.?
